Welcome to Arcani Services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (arcaniservices.com) and the purchase of our wellness subscription memberships. By accessing our site or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Arcani Services provides non-medical wellness oversight, welfare checks, and home-management coordination.
- Non-Medical Status: We are a wellness and lifestyle management company. We do not provide clinical medical advice or emergency medical response.
- Service Tiers: Services are delivered based on the specific subscription tier (Essential or Lifestyle) selected at the time of purchase.
2. Subscription & Billing
- Monthly Commitment: All services are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions.
- Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your start date unless cancelled in accordance with our policy.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and ACH Direct Debit. By providing payment information, you authorize Arcani Services to charge the monthly fee to your selected method.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation Notice: To stop future billing, you must submit a cancellation request via billing@arcaniservices.com at least 15 days prior to your next billing date.
- Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. Services will continue through the end of the paid billing cycle.
- Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a monthly subscription payment is not successfully processed within 3 days of the due date.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate health, contact, and safety information for the individual receiving care.
- Access to Premises: For Lifestyle tiers, you must provide authorized access to the home. If our team is unable to enter the premises at the scheduled time, the visit will be considered fulfilled.
- Emergency Contact: You must maintain updated emergency contact information on file.
5. Limitation of Liability
Arcani Services acts as a wellness advocate and home coordinator. While we exercise the utmost care in our oversight and vendor management, Arcani Services is not liable for:
- Medical emergencies or health outcomes.
- The performance or actions of third-party vendors (e.g., plumbers, electricians) overseen by our team.
- Property damage or loss not directly caused by our staff.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data strictly to facilitate your personalized care roadmap and will never sell your information to third parties.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted clearly on our website.
