The cost of services at Arcani Services varies based on the specific plan of each client. If you require a custom plan, We offer free consultations to discuss your requirements and provide a detailed quote. Our goal is to offer affordable and transparent pricing for all our services.

We never simply move on. If we are unable to reach your loved one after two call attempts, we immediately notify your designated emergency contact which is typically within one hour.

Every Arcani package subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, the cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Absolutely. At Arcani Services, the relationship between our team and your loved one is the foundation of effective care. If for any reason the 'personal fit' isn't perfect, we encourage you to let us know immediately. Your dedicated care coordinator will work with you to reassess the care plan and transition a new team member who better aligns with your loved one’s personality and specific needs. Your comfort and peace of mind are our primary metrics for success

Our administrative office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. All in-person visits to our Dublin headquarters are by appointment only.

We provide communication updates via your preferred communication channel like sms, email, fax or hard copy reports. 
Some plans support a family app through which you can also get regular digital updates and vitality reports.

Safety is our absolute priority. In the event of an emergency during a scheduled visit or welfare check, our team follows a strict Rapid Response Protocol:
    • Immediate Action: We contact emergency services instantly to ensure professional medical help is on the way.
    • Family Notification: Once emergency services are engaged, we immediately notify the designated family point of contact via our priority communication channel.
    • On-Site Support: Our team member remains on-site with your loved one until emergency responders or a family member arrives, providing a calm and supportive presence.
    • Physician Follow-up: We document the event in detail and can provide a copy of the incident report to your loved one’s physician to ensure continuity of care.

For our lifestyle subscription clients, we keep an updated Emergency Care Profile on file, including preferred hospitals, primary physicians, and a list of current medications to assist first responders.

Yes. We have a strict Privacy Policy and use secure systems to manage all client information and vitality reports.
