Daily Welfare Checks
Our trained staff make regular calls to your loved ones to ensure they are safe, secure, and healthy, providing companionship and reassurance. We also notify emergency contacts in cases where they aren't reachable or in an emergency
Errand Assistance
We offer weekly visits to assist with errands, and address any urgent needs you or your loved one might have, helping our clients to maintain independence and comfort in their homes
In-Home Care
We offer In-Home personal care on our lifestyle packages for families who need care beyond basic errands. Our caregivers are Certified Nurse Assistants with valid licenses who are trained to provide friendly and professional support in the comfort of your home, assisting with light housekeeping, checking blood pressure, sugar levels, bathing, dressing, feeding, providing companionship and ensuring optimal health and well-being.
Medication Reminder
We provide gentle daily reminder calls at a specified time or schedule, ensuring seniors take their medications on time for better health management. For Lifestyle packages; our caregivers confirm that the medication is taken in their presence. While we provide reminders to take medication, we do not compel individuals to take medication. We only provide reminders (and confirm compliance in the applicable packages).
Monthly Meal Plan
Do you or your loved one have health conditions that requires avoiding certain foods and you often run out of ideas of what to eat ? We can take off the burden from you by providing a month long meal plan which is custom made for you.
We take your medical dietary needs and your personal preferences into consideration to create a medically compliant meal plan that you'll enjoy. All meal plans are prepared by certified nutritionists
