At Arcani Services, we are committed to providing exceptional care and wellness oversight. Because our services involve dedicated staffing, scheduling, and customized care roadmaps, we adhere to the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Subscription Billing
All Arcani Services plans (Essential and Lifestyle series) are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Your payment secures a dedicated spot on our care schedule and ensures consistent oversight from our leadership team.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the subsequent month, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to your next billing date.
- Cancellations become effective at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
- You will continue to receive the full benefits of your selected tier until the end of that period.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. Once a monthly cycle has begun, the service will continue until the end of that period.
- Service Dissatisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are ever dissatisfied with a specific visit or welfare call, please contact us at care@arcaniservices.com within 24 hours. We will review the incident and, at our discretion, may offer a service credit toward your next month or extra service day(s).
- Administrative Errors: In the event of a billing error or an unfulfilled service on our part, a full refund for that specific service portion will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
4. Deposits and Initial Consultations
Initial strategy consultations are complimentary. Any deposits required for specialized, one-time home safety assessments or vendor coordination are non-refundable once the assessment has been performed.
5. Medical Emergencies and Hospitalization
We understand that health situations can change rapidly. In the event of a client’s long-term hospitalization or a permanent move to a higher-level medical facility, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to pause or adjust your subscription on a case-by-case basis to accommodate these transitions.
