What does non-medical home care mean?

Non-medical care means we support your loved one’s daily life and wellbeing,  not their clinical treatment. Our caregivers and coordinators do not administer medications or provide nursing services. What we do is everything else that makes daily life safe, manageable, and meaningful

The cost of services at Arcani Services varies based on the specific plan of each client. If you require a custom plan, We offer free consultations to discuss your requirements and provide a detailed quote. Our goal is to offer affordable and transparent pricing for all our services.

We never simply move on. If we are unable to reach your loved one after two call attempts, we immediately notify your designated emergency contact which is typically within one hour.

Free 30-minute consultation, No obligation

You speak with a real member of our team (not a bot), not a salesperson. We ask about your loved one's daily routine, health conditions, family situation, and concerns. We recommend a plan honestly, including telling you if we think a different provider would serve you better.

You receive a written care agreement, Review it carefully

Everything agreed in the consultation is documented in writing. Exactly what is included. Exactly how often. Exactly who is responsible. You review it, ask questions, and only sign when you are fully comfortable. Nothing starts without your explicit confirmation.

Care begins within 48–72 hours

Your loved one's profile is set up, their caregiver or coordinator is assigned, and their first call or visit is scheduled. For urgent situations like recent hospital discharge, sudden change in condition, we fast-track this to 24 hours wherever possible.

You receive a check-in from us after the first week

A member of our team contacts you, not your loved one, you; to ask how the first week felt. Is the tone of the calls right? Is the timing working? Is there anything to adjust? We do not wait for problems to surface. We look for them proactively.

Your first month's experience determines everything

If after 3 days an Essential Series plan is not working for your family, for any reason, we refund the first month, no questions asked. For Lifestyle plans, if the first month does not meet the standard in your care agreement, contact us and we will make it right before your second billing date.
